  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C
  2. Make mashed Potatoes
  3. Drain liquid from Salmon
  4. Microwave Beetroot, Carrot and Cabbage and Peas for 1 minute
  5. Thoroughly mix all ingredients (except Flour and Parmesan) together in a large bowl
  6. Line a tray with baking paper
  7. Form patties on the tray
  8. Dust patties with Flour and Parmesan
  9. Bake in oven for 30 minutes
