Sourdough Breakfast
Description
Go-to breakfast to start the day. Just add coffee.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes, coloured baby, one each of red, orange and yellow
- Cucumber
- Pistachios (unsalted) x 4
- Olives, dry Kalamata x 4
- Topping, one of
- Hommus
- Avocado
- Cottage Cheese
- Seasoning
- Basil, fresh leaves
- Paprika, smoked
- Sourdough bread, white
Steps
- Slice Sourdough bread and place in toaster
- Cut off about an inch of Cucumber, wash, slice into 4 wedges and place on plate
- Wash Tomatoes and place on plate
- Place Olives and Pistachios on plate
- Check toaster, remove Sourdough toast once done, place on plate
- Apply chosen Topping to Sourdough toast
- Garnish with Basil and Paprika
